  1. In the download: R5-cabin-crossframe — Single front-web crossframe and receiver deck. Four M3x20 through bolts connect the two side trusses; broad 4 mm flanges bear against 8 mm side webs. Metal washers and locknuts; bolt heads outboard, threads inward. Two 40 mm tail-boom sleeves retained. Bond/load tests remain required.
  2. In the download: R5-cabin-side-L — One-piece triangulated side with uninterrupted webs, four 54 mm rail sleeves and two 40 mm wing-spar sleeves. Side-to-crossframe uses two M3x20 through bolts at X578,Z±25 with washers and locknuts. Do not drill carbon. Wing cuffs now span Y43..83 mm (mirrored left).
  3. In the download: R5-cabin-side-R — One-piece triangulated side with uninterrupted webs, four 54 mm rail sleeves and two 40 mm wing-spar sleeves. Side-to-crossframe uses two M3x20 through bolts at X578,Z±25 with washers and locknuts. Do not drill carbon. Wing cuffs now span Y43..83 mm (mirrored left).
