1. Open your package
Download the ZIP, then use Extract All before opening its files. Start with START-HERE.html or Print-index.html. Use that package’s current guide and print queue together.
2. Prepare the prints
- Import one supplied 3MF plate into your slicer. These plates contain arranged geometry, not printer profiles or G-code.
- Select your printer, nozzle and calibrated filament profile. Keep 100% scale and the supplied orientations unless the guide says otherwise.
- Check the material assigned to each part, bed clearance, thin walls and overhangs in layer preview. Support-free printing must be confirmed for the selected part and settings.
- Use the small fit-check pieces in the print queue before committing to larger parts. This lets you check your printer’s fit with the actual hardware.
3. Assemble in the guide’s order
Identify parts by their filenames and inventory labels. Dry-fit mating joints before bonding, keep moving joints free of adhesive and observe the specified material and hardware choices.
- Measure the inside diameter, outside diameter and length of your paper-towel tube. Check the matching ring fit before printing the full body.
- Follow the included illustrated guide for alignment, fastening and assembly sequence.
- Complete its physical checks before use. A 3D preview is a guide to shape and layout, not proof of fit or strength.
The printed motor-mount or retention system has not been qualified for motor heat, loads or recovery operation. These files are for fit evaluation; no motor/delay combination or launch readiness is established.
