Rotor 235
Printed helicopter frame studies with selected NX8-compatible controls. R3 adds a six-piece shaft/bearing measuring fixture on one build plate. Actual mechanical dimensions are needed before the operating frame can be completed.

Printed frame study and schematic commercial mechanics. The operating mounts remain unfinished; use the R3 measuring guide.
Three cyclic servos. Tail yaw uses a separate brushless motor and ESC; no tail servo is specified.

Dimensioned mounts
Three KST servo carriers use the published 28 × 7 mm mounting pattern. Opposed V jaws hold a 6–10 mm round boom. The sliding motor-pattern fixture provides adjustment while the actual motor interface is measured.
Print the measuring fixture first
Use the current six-piece fixture to check bearing fit and measure the real shaft/gear stack. Earlier servo, motor and boom studies remain reference files. Their production mounts and the canopy are unfinished.
